During this time, he captivated audiences in England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Spain,

In 2012, he appeared on Chicago Public Media's "This American Life," on which he told a
story about raising a rooster in Brooklyn with his gangster neighbor. He was also a guest
on WTF with Marc Maron, The Artie Lange Show, and My Damn Channel's Love Me Cat.
After relocating from NYC to Los Angeles, Danny podcast that partners a modern or
ancient philosopher with a comedian. Maria Bamford, Bill Burr, Lewis Black, Carl Reiner,
Shelley Berman, Reggie Watts, Aisha Tyler, Andy Kindler, and Marc Maron have

Rökkvi Vésteinsson
Rökkvi Vésteinsson is a comedian with a dark sense of humor and no sense of shame. His antics have included running up and down the main shopping street in a mankini and making just about every teacher in Iceland hate
him for creating profane lyrics to
popular songs that school hildren all over the country sing on schooltrips. Growing up as the son of two teachers and having a
father who is a physicist as well, Rökkvi has always been a complete and utter nerd and
became fluent in English, German, Danish and Swedish before his teenage years were go
ne and he needed to find some
other excuse for his immature behavior than his you ng age. Not surprisingly, that excuse would come in the form of stand-up comedy. He has done stand up gigs in 10 countries, if you count Scotland apart from the rest of the UK and especially if you are Rökkvi and want to make his CV look more impressive. He has performed in all 5 languages he speaks and even been able to make people laugh at jokes in German. In 2006 he won and advanced through the first round of YukYuk ́s Great Canadian Laugh off in Ottawa.
